We send a clear estimate and proposal by email — scope, materials, and price spelled out before anything starts.
For projects that require permitting, we manage the permit-obtaining process and coordinate with the relevant building departments in Lakewood or Denver.
Half upfront to start. We order quality materials, confirm the crew, and schedule the job. The remaining half is due at completion.
